Wes works with clients throughout North and South Carolina. As a Loan Officer with an independent mortgage broker - a broker that has more than 25 years' experience - Wes is able to leverage that expertise in the Residential Mortgage industry. He is able to take each client's unique situation and find the appropriate loan program and lender to meet that client's needs. With Helms Mortgage LLC, Wes is able to offer Purchase loans (Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA), Construction-to-Perm loans, as well as ReFi & Cash/Out-ReFi loans.

 

Wes will work with each client to handle the entire loan process through a secure, virtual environment. However, if necessary, he will also travel to meet the client face-to-face to handle any aspect of the process, should the client prefer this. Speed, efficiency, full customer satisfaction.
